Stolen Vehicle Reward
Members receive up to a $5,000 reward if their vehicle is stolen. This reward is designed to discourage vehicle theft, encourage law enforcement involvement, and provide an incentive to help secure the arrest and conviction of the person responsible. The reward is paid to the law enforcement agency or individual who provides information leading to both the arrest and conviction of the thief.
The reward amount is based on the vehicle’s current market value and will not exceed $5,000. This reward is not payable to the member, the member’s family, or any individuals listed on the membership. It does not cover vandalism or items stolen from inside the vehicle. If your vehicle is stolen, you must report the theft to local police and contact Member Services to request a claim form.
Travel Assistance Reimbursement
Members may be reimbursed up to $250 per member, up to a maximum of $500 per incident, for vehicle rental and travel-related expenses if they are driving or riding in a vehicle that becomes disabled due to a collision occurring 100 miles or more away from home.
Rental vehicle reimbursement applies for up to seven days when rented from a licensed vehicle rental agency within 30 days of the accident date. Gas and optional insurance coverages are excluded. The accident must be reported to law enforcement or to the insurer of the vehicle. To use the travel assistance reimbursement benefit, contact Member Services to obtain a claim form.
