Emergency Roadside Assistance
Whether you have a flat tire, dead battery, or you lock your keys in the car, emergency roadside assistance is just a phone call away. Members simply call the toll-free dispatch number for authorized “sign and go” service.
- 24-hour service toll-free access anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Mexico*.
- Trip Planning Services provides personalized routing, mileage guides and state tourism information.
- Trip Interruption Reimbursement Plan: Provides up to $250 per member ($500 maximum) through the Association Motor Plan if your vehicle is disabled due to a collision that occurs 100 miles or more from home.* Funds reimburse meals, lodging, car rental and commercial transportation.
- Emergency Road Service: Coverage up to $125 per event if your car becomes disabled and services are performed by a commercial garage, locksmith or wrecker.

Coach-Net Motor Club, Inc. reserves the right to refuse program services to any Association Member under the following conditions: material misrepresentation; or excessive use of benefits.
Note: The Emergency Road Service benefit does not provide for the cost of a tire, battery, parts or gasoline. Road service for truck-sized needs is limited to single rear-axle trucks. Single-rear-axle trucks, dirt bikes and ATVs are excluded from all benefits and services.
Stolen Vehicle Reward
Membership will provide up to a $5,000.00 reward when your vehicle is stolen. The reward is intended to:
- Discourage theft of your vehicle
- Encourage law enforcement action when your vehicle is stolen
- Provide incentive to convict the thief who stole your vehicle
The reward will be paid to the law enforcement agency or person responsible for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief. The reward is based on the vehicle's current market value, not to exceed $5,000.00. The reward is not payable to the Association Member, the Member’s family, or other persons listed on the membership. The reward does not cover vandalism or items stolen from inside your vehicle.
When your vehicle is stolen, report the theft to local police and contact Member Services for a claim form.
Travel Assistance Reimbursement
Membership will reimburse up to $250 per member, $500 per incident for vehicle rental and travel expenses when you are driving or riding in a vehicle that is disabled due to a collision accident that occurs 100 miles or more away from home. This reimbursement applies to expenses incurred in the first 7 days after the accident date for:
- Meals
- Hotel or motel lodging
- Airline, bus, or train tickets
- Vehicle rental expense (up to 7 days when rented from a licensed agency within 30 days of the accident; gas and optional coverage excluded)
The accident must be reported to police or to the insurer of the vehicle. Contact Member Services for a claim form. This plan does not apply to parked vehicles, breakdowns, or mechanical failures.
Teladoc™ Health
Teladoc Health is a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians who use phone and video consultations to diagnose, recommend treatment and write short-term prescriptions when appropriate. Teladoc physicians are available 24/7/365, allowing Alliance members to access care from home, office, or while traveling.

Call Teladoc when:
- Your primary physician is not available

Common conditions treated: sinus infections, respiratory conditions, allergies, bronchitis, sore throat, pink eye, cold or flu.
Consults for children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or approved consenter. Teladoc operates subject to state regulation and may not be available in certain states. Teladoc does not prescribe DEA controlled substances, nontherapeutic drugs, and certain other drugs. Teladoc physicians reserve the right to deny care for potential misuse of services.

Global Emergency Services
Assistance when traveling more than 100 miles from home — medical consultation, emergency medical evacuation and more — provided by Assist America to support worry-free travel 24/7 anywhere in the world.
- Pre-Trip Information: Web-based country profiles including visa requirements, immunization recommendations and security advisories.
- Lost Luggage or Document Assistance: Help locating lost luggage, documents and personal belongings.
- Interpreter and Legal Referrals: Referrals to interpreters and/or legal personnel when necessary.
- Medical Consultation, Evaluation, and Referral: Evaluation by medical personnel and referral to English-speaking, Western-trained physicians/hospitals.
- Hospital Admission Assistance: Assistance validating member coverage or advancing funds to the hospital outside the U.S.
- Emergency Medical Evacuation: Evacuation to the nearest facility capable of providing a high standard of care when local facilities are inadequate.
- Prescription Assistance: Help obtaining replacement prescriptions while traveling.
- Compassionate Visit: Economy round-trip transportation for a designated family member or friend when member hospitalized for more than seven days.
- Care of Minor Children Assist: Arrange care and pay for transportation costs for children left unattended due to a medical emergency.
All Assist America services are subject to restrictions defined in the Assist America Medical Transport Summary. All services must be arranged and provided by Assist America. No claims for reimbursement of assistance services will be accepted. Alliance reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer without notice.
ID Theft Resolution Services
Members have access to identity theft resolution services with CyberScout® and Lifestages® Identity Management Services. This includes proactive tools and recovery assistance to respond to an identity or fraud crisis.
Key services include:
- Proactive services: If wallet or purse is lost/stolen or identity is vulnerable, a fraud specialist can place a fraud alert (when appropriate) and provide guidance.
- Resolution services: Step-by-step guidance through the identity resolution process. One year of free fraud-monitoring provided to victims of identity theft.
- Document replacement assistance: Help replacing Social Security cards, birth certificates, passports, driver’s licenses, etc.
- Access to identity protection tips and tools.
This service is included in the cost of membership regardless of how often you need to talk to a fraud specialist.
Legal Club® - Family Plan
When you become a member of Legal Club, you and your family have access to a nationwide network of pre-qualified attorneys. Referrals are based on area of law, language spoken and geographic location.
Free services (subject to terms):
- Unlimited initial phone and face-to-face consultations for new legal matters
- Review of independent legal documents (6 page maximum per new matter)
- Free simple will preparation for you and your family
- When appropriate, plan attorneys will make initial phone calls and write initial letters on your behalf
Discounted legal fees:
Discounted hourly rate of $125 or 40% off the plan attorney's usual and customary hourly rate, whichever is greater, for extended legal care. Fees do not include filing fees, costs, or administrative expenses. Legal care beyond free and discounted services will be charged at the low hourly rate of $125.00 or 40% off usual attorney rate (whichever is greater).
In certain situations, attorney liability may require plan attorneys to request a retainer before providing some free legal services.
